Our R&D projects

Research & Development at Bureau Veritas is frequently a collaborative effort. We work alongside industry partners in Joint Industry Projects (JIPs), and partner with our network of user groups, including other IACS members. Our research enhances our insight and client support, and serves to improve our Rules, Guidelines and software offer.

Our research covers both offshore and marine applications and informs the development of our Rules, Guidelines and software. Whatever the category of R&D project, we contribute our technical expertise and extensive knowledge gained from many highly-specialized experts.
