NR659  Rules on Cyber Security for the Classification of Marine Units

This Rule Note applies to design, construction, commissioning and maintenance of computer based systems. NR659 focus on the functionality of the software and on the hardware supporting the software, by means of a cyber risk analysis, in order to reduce the volume and the impact of cyber incidents during the whole life cycle of the ship or offshore unit.
