This Rule Note applies to ships carrying liquefied natural gas (LNG), liquefied ammonia or methanol as cargo and intended to ensure the transfer of such cargoes to ships using these products as fuel. NR620 provides additional requirements and interpretations of the mandatory requirements of IGC Code or IBC Code.
