NR396 Rules for the Classification of High Speed Craft

This Rule Note provides requirements for certification of high speed craft engaged in international voyages the keels of which are laid or which are at a similar stage of construction on or after 1 July 2002. In addition to the craft, NR396 also applies to high speed craft engaged in national voyages.
