NR206 Wind Propulsion Systems

This Rule Note deals with wind propulsion systems (modern and traditional rigs, free-standing and rotating rigs, square and kite rigs, wind and rotor sails, suction wings) including requirements for: design of structure (standing and running part), drive system, base ship; construction and testing; certification of materials and components; and classification of ships fitted with such wind propulsion systems.
