NI639 Guidelines for the Design of Ships subject to Bulk Cargo Liquefaction

This Guidance Note provides structural strength and stability criteria for ships intended to carry bulk cargo which may liquefy. NI639 provide a general guidance on cargo moisture testing based on the International Maritime Solid Bulk Cargoes Code (IMSBC).
