ES-TRIN 2023 will enter into force on 01.01.2024, as a technical annex for both European Directive ED/2016/1629 and Rhine Rules.
ES-TRIN 2023 is presently available in four languages (French, English, German and Dutch) on https://www.cesni.eu/en/standards-and-explanatory-notices/ .
This new edition of the Standard will replace the 2021 edition.
