New version of "Notice to Master" (2019-0218) issued by PSC

This is to announce that new version of  "Notice to Master" has been issued by MSA Shanghai in order to continuously promote the scheme of Notice to Master issued by PSC and explicit the PSC inspection procedures. This Notice issued on the date of 18th February 2019.

It is to be noted that subject "Notice to Master" is only applicable within the area under MSA Shanghai.
