Bureau Veritas has delivered an Approval in Principle to Technip Energies for the Offshore C-Hub™ concept

Bureau Veritas (BV), a world leader in testing, inspection and certification, has delivered an Approval in Principle (AiP) to Technip Energies for the Offshore C-Hub™ concept - an innovative floating vessel that receives liquid CO2 from shuttle tankers, provides buffer storage of liquid CO2 in its hull and continuous injection of the CO2 into an offshore aquifer or depleted reservoir.

The concept and the delivered AiP demonstrate both parties commitment to innovative decarbonization solutions using their experience and expertise in offshore complex assets.
