The International Merchant Marine Registry of Belize (IMMARBE) has published on the 05 June 2020 the Merchant Marine Notice MMN-19-005r1 to the attention of all Owners, Operators, Crew of Belize flag vessels, regarding the intentional deactivating of the Long-Range Identification and Tracking Equipment (LRIT) or the Automatic Identification System (AIS).
