Guidance on the application of MARPOL 73/78 and UNCLOS in Bahamian waters

The Bahamas Maritime Authority (BMA) has issued the following attached Information Bulletin No. 182 which concerns Application of MARPOL in Bahamian Waters – Archipelagic Baselines. 

This Bulletin provides guidance on the application of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships 1973, as amended by the Protocol of 1978 (MARPOL) and United Nations Conventions on the Law of the Sea 1982 (UNCLOS) in Bahamian waters.
