The ADN 2023 will enter into force on 01.01.2023.

The ADN 2023 is being prepared; it will enter into force on 01.01.2023.

Those amendments already adopted can be found in the documents ECE/ADN/61, ECE/ADN/61/Add.1, and ECE/ADN/61/Corr.1 (https://unece.org/transport/dangerous-goods/adn-2021 ‘amendments to ADN2021’).

According to 1.6.1.1 “unless otherwise provided, the substances and articles of ADN may be carried until 30 June 2023 in accordance with the requirements of ADN applicable up to 31 December 2022.”
